This position is offered in a remote work setting, providing you the flexibility to perform your duties from the comfort of your home while still making impactful connections with clients. Although remote, our therapists stay connected through regular team meetings and collaborative software platforms that ensure effective communication and teamwork. You will have access to the latest electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and improve client care.

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing personalized therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all client interactions and therapeutic interventions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate daily with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social workers, to create comprehensive care plans that enhance the well-being of our clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions and conferences to stay updated on best practices in the field of mental health.

You will have the opportunity to work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
• An active and valid professional license in New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating the ability to handle complex cases and provide effective treatment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Problem-solving abilities that allow you to adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and a comfort level with technology in a clinical setting.

While not required, experience in community health settings, particularly with a focus on serving diverse populations, is highly desirable. Familiarity with specific approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be advantageous.
