• Maintain and manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to discuss progress, manage stability, and determine readiness for discharge from therapy when appropriate.
• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing client feedback.
• Complete intake assessments with new clients to gather pertinent background information and begin the treatment process effectively.
• Document all client interactions with precision, ensuring accurate and up-to-date progress notes that reflect treatment developments.

Our diverse clientele comprises individuals from various backgrounds, including adults, children, and families facing mental health challenges. As an LPC, you will provide therapy for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, using evidence-based methodologies tailored to the client’s specific needs. Your role is integral in fostering a safe and supportive environment that encourages healing and growth.

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
• Proficiency in technology, including experience with Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, is necessary for effective documentation and communication.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Prior involvement in interdisciplinary teams or with clinical research may be advantageous.
• A background in working with specific populations, such as children or trauma survivors, could enhance client outcomes.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
