This remote position allows you to work from your home or any convenient location, providing you with the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through approved secure platforms, meeting the individual needs of each client.
• Work collaboratively with clients to identify therapeutic goals, offering consistent support and adjustments to treatment as necessary.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to engage effectively with clients, adapting techniques based on their unique preferences and clinical requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and progress in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

You will primarily support a diverse client population dealing with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. The remote nature of care allows for flexibility in client engagement, and you will have the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds, fostering an inclusive therapeutic space that prioritizes understanding and respect.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding of clients' challenges and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation.

• Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient documentation and client management.
• Background in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Previous work with a diverse clientele, providing culturally competent support and understanding.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
