• Maintain an active caseload by building rapport and establishing positive working relationships with clients, ensuring professional ethics and boundaries are upheld at all times.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss appointments, and plan for discharge when appropriate, adapting strategies to meet individual client needs.
• Develop, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans that focus on the unique goals and challenges faced by each client.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, maintaining progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments, gathering pertinent information that guides the development of effective treatment approaches.

You will work with a diverse outpatient population that includes a variety of age groups and psychosocial challenges. Our clients seek help for issues ranging from anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns to more severe mental health disorders. Your role will focus on providing tailored therapeutic interventions that promote mental well-being and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• The candidate must possess an unrestricted, independent, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• Demonstrates at least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing a strong understanding of the challenges and dynamics of this practice area.
• Proficiency in using various computer applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to maintain client records and communicate effectively.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health clinics is highly desirable, especially with proven success in managing a diverse caseload.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health counseling as well as knowledge of psychopharmacological treatment options.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment, contributing to collaborative care approaches.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, reflecting your expertise and contributions to our clients and community. Our fee-for-service model provides guaranteed rates, allowing clinicians to receive compensation ahead of collections, minimizing financial waiting times.
