• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and needs, adapting approaches as necessary to ensure progress.
• Assess clients' emotional and mental health requirements through detailed evaluations and ongoing monitoring.
• Provide timely crisis intervention utilizing established protocols to ensure client safety and stabilization.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Engage in collaborative case management, working alongside other professionals such as social workers and psychiatrists to deliver well-rounded care.
• Stay informed about best practices and licensure requirements through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from varying socioeconomic backgrounds. Your expertise will play a crucial role in addressing issues such as relationship conflicts, mental health disorders, trauma, addiction recovery, and other emotional challenges. This role is particularly focused on supporting clients who are navigating recovery from addiction, giving you the opportunity to make a profound impact on their lives and communities.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Experience working with diverse populations, showcasing an understanding of cultural competence in therapy practices.
• Proficiency in providing therapy across different settings, with experience in individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and the capability to integrate them into practice effectively.

• Prior experience in a community health setting or working specifically with clients dealing with addiction would be advantageous.
• Previous involvement in case management and inter-professional collaboration is a plus.
• Strong motivation towards continued professional development, particularly in areas specific to addiction and recovery care.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, based on qualifications and experience.
