• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment approaches.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic records, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Continuously enhance professional knowledge by attending workshops, seminars, and training relevant to current advancements in the mental health field.

This position primarily involves working with clients who may be facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our diverse client population spans different age groups, cultural backgrounds, and personal experiences, allowing counselors to engage with and support individuals from all walks of life.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of two years of proven experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal regulations pertaining to counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport and build therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software applications.

• Specializations in trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples therapy are highly desirable.
• Experience working in a telehealth setting and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms is beneficial.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, reflecting experience and caseload.
