Our team operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative culture among therapists and healthcare professionals. As part of a community health clinic, you will play a pivotal role in serving individuals across Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas, all while utilizing electronic health records and evidence-based tools to streamline patient care.

• Assist mental health consumers in effectively navigating the complexities of physical and behavioral healthcare systems, ensuring they receive holistic integrated care.
• Educate patients about available resources and services, encouraging active participation in their health journey, including disease prevention and lifestyle wellness.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings to coordinate care and share insights related to patient progress and intervention strategies.
• Document clinical assessments and interventions thoroughly in patient records, adhering to established standards for electronic health record documentation.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess individual healthcare needs and clearly communicate the results to relevant stakeholders.

You will primarily work with diverse patient populations, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and behavioral disorders. The LPC will aim to create a supportive environment that promotes healing and growth, addressing not only psychiatric needs but also reinforcing the importance of physical health within the treatment plan.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.

• Demonstrated familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation best practices.
• Experience working in a community health setting, with an emphasis on integrated care models.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, contingent upon experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
