In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential functions to support your clients:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health backgrounds and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s needs.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously monitor their progress while adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy sessions for clients, ensuring quality care is maintained regardless of location, thus overcoming any accessibility challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

To be a successful candidate, you will need:

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, allowing you to manage caseloads effectively.
