Physical Therapist Assistant

CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) $40.00/hour Outpatient | Des Plaines, IL Flexible weekday schedule | Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing Continuum of Care (COC) program in Des Plaines, IL. This unique role provides outpatient therapy services within an Independent Living community, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your patients while delivering high-quality, individualized care.
