Our outpatient office is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate effective therapy sessions and ensure seamless communication within the care team.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine clients' substance abuse histories, mental health conditions, and individualized treatment needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that combine strategies for managing addiction and addressing co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), to promote sustained recovery.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with fellow treatment team members to coordinate care, share insights, and enhance client outcomes.
• Provide family education and support, helping to foster understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in alignment with regulatory standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required; a master’s or doctoral level of education is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in addiction counseling, ideally with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating substance use disorders, including approaches for co-occurring disorders.
• Ability to establish a strong therapeutic rapport with clients and enhance their motivation towards recovery.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary staff members.

• Specialized training in addiction counseling techniques and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Experience supporting clients with dual diagnoses, providing an integrated approach to mental health and substance use treatment.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention and conflict resolution, enabling potential issues to be addressed promptly and effectively.
