• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine patients’ emotional, social, and behavioral needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and responsive to each patient’s progress.
• Provide psychotherapy to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to patient care, enhancing treatment outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations, patient feedback, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making.
• Practice within ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and obtaining informed consent for treatment.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, particularly those undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. Our patient population includes diverse age groups and backgrounds, requiring a tailored approach to treatment that respects each individual’s unique needs and experiences. You will play a pivotal role in advocating for our patients, providing not just therapeutic services, but also emotional support and guidance as they navigate the complexities of their mental health journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health principles and practices.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interpersonal interactions with patients and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical abilities, including conducting thorough assessments and creating evidence-based treatment plans.
