Your events experience goes beyond internal company gatherings. Youve worked in a professional events environment a conference, association, agency, or corporate events team and you think in run-of-shows, registration flows, and attendee journeys. You understand the full event lifecycle, from planning and logistics through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up. Extra credit if youve worked directly with clients or attendees and know what it takes to deliver a seamless event experience.

As an Event Success Manager at EventMobi, youll play a key role in empowering our customers success. Acting as their strategic advisor, youll spend your days proactively educating, onboarding, strategizing, problem-solving, and implementing cutting-edge technology and production solutions for our top-tier clients. Collaboration is at the heart of your roleyoull work closely with our Account Management, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure our customers not only love using EventMobi but return year after year.
WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON:


  • Serve as a trusted partner and strategic advisor to professional event planners and marketers at large corporations and associations, helping them implement event technology and execute successful events.
  • Lead customer onboarding, strategy sessions, and relationship-building to drive adoption and value generation from EventMobi products.
  • Guide customers through technical product training with an events-first mindset delivering hands-on enablement that prepares teams to execute high-impact events on our platform.
  • Manage full-service event contracts end-to-end, overseeing multiple concurrent events with varying scopes, timelines, and complexity.
  • Lead proactive project management across the entire event lifecycle from planning and build through live execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Product, AV, and Sales) to coordinate requirements, resolve issues, and deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Monitor customer health and success metrics, identify risks early, and take action to drive adoption, retention, and long-term success.
  • Conduct regular customer touchpoints including strategy sessions and quarterly reviews to align on outcomes and optimize future events.
  • Maintain accurate account, project, and communication records in HubSpot and internal tools.
  • Support live events as needed, including occasional evenings, weekends, or travel for on-site or hybrid event support.
  • Share customer feedback and improvement ideas with internal teams to continuously enhance processes, products, and the overall customer experience.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience planning or coordinating professional B2B events: conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, or association events.
    *Experience with internal company events alone does not meet this requirement.
  • Demonstrated experience using event technology registration platforms, event apps, or virtual event platforms. Familiarity with tools such as Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Hopin, or similar is required.
  • A genuine interest in technology and its impact on the events industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical event organizers.
  • Top-notch organizational skills: you manage multiple projects simultaneously, document thoroughly, and follow through consistently.
  • An empathetic, problem-solving mindset you care about delivering great outcomes for your clients.


NICE TO HAVE:


  • 2-year college diploma or 4-year degree in hospitality or events management.
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs.
  • Previous experience supporting customer onboarding for technical products or SaaS platforms
