Job description

Get paid $20/hour to book easy, no-cost events for two of the biggest food brands in the country. Work from home, set your own hours, get judged on results.


We're Holly Street Sales Co., a field marketing agency. We run pop-up tables for the world's biggest meal kit at gyms, fitness studios, pickleball clubs, apartment communities, and markets around the Valley. Your job is to call those venues and get us on their calendar.


Here's what makes this different from most cold calling jobs: you're not selling anything. The venue pays nothing. We bring the table and the staff. Their members get an exclusive discount. You're offering people a free perk, which means you hear "yes" a lot more than you would selling software or insurance.


WHAT YOU'LL DO


- Call local gyms, fitness studios, pickleball clubs, apartment communities, and farmers markets

- Get past the front desk to the manager who can actually say yes

- Close the date on the call and get it on the calendar

- Build real relationships with venue managers so they have us back month after month

- Research and build your own list of venues as you go

- Log everything in a shared Google Sheet the same day


THIS IS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR ROLE


You work from home. You set your own hours. You are responsible for your own results. That independence is the whole point, and it's why this is a contract role rather than a job with a schedule someone hands you. You must be based in the US.


You'll provide your own equipment: your own phone for calls and your own computer.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


- Cold calling experience. This is non-negotiable. You should have spent real time on the phone with people who did not ask you to call them, and been measured on what came out of it. If you haven't done this before, this isn't the role to learn it in

- Genuinely good at building relationships. The first booking is the easy part. We want venues that have us back every month because they like working with you. That's what makes this role successful, and it's what we'll be looking for

- Comfortable hearing no and calling the next one

- Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets. You'll live in a shared tracker and it needs to be accurate without anyone chasing you

- Organized and self-managing

- Based in the Phoenix metro area

- Able to work some late afternoons and early evenings, which is when gym managers are actually reachable


WHAT WE OFFER


- $20/hour

- Up to 20 hours a week, and real flexibility in when you work them

- Fully remote

- A starter list of real venues with phone numbers already pulled, scripts, and everything you need in one place

- Direct access to the Ops team. Small team, no layers

- We're growing into new markets, and there's room for this role to grow with it


BEING CANDID WITH YOU


We're a small, fast-moving company and we're behind on booking. Priorities change week to week, sometimes mid-week. You'll get direction, a list, scripts, and support, but the results are yours to own. We measure one thing: confirmed bookings. Not dials, not hours logged.


If you want to work independently and be judged on what you actually deliver, you'll like it here. If you need a lot of structure and a long ramp, this probably isn't the right fit.
