Some people close deals with pressure. The best people in this role close deals with relationships.

American Consumer Shows is hiring an Account Manager who knows how to connect with people, build trust quickly, and turn strong client relationships into repeat business. This is a phone-heavy account renewal role where personality, communication, consistency, and follow-through matter just as much as sales skill.

You will spend your day speaking with exhibitors across the country, renewing booth space, solving issues, and helping clients feel confident in continuing to partner with ACS. The role requires someone who is comfortable making 80+ calls daily and can bring energy, professionalism, and strong people skills to every conversation.

Established in 1979, ACS is the nation’s leading producer of consumer shows in the wedding and home improvement industries, producing 260+ annual events nationwide.

What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to ask for the sale and close business
  • Strong listening, follow-up, and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable in a high-volume phone environment
  • Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems remotely
  • Previous remote work experience required

Compensation

  • Starting compensation: $60,000
  • $2,500 raise after 90 days
  • $2,500 raise after 180 days
  • Opportunity to grow your income to $100,000+

Benefits

  • 401(k) plan
  • Health insurance
  • Paid vacation, holidays, sick days, and personal days
  • Fully remote after paid training in our NY office

If you are personable, persuasive, and great at building trust over the phone, we’d love to meet you!
