When: Immediate need
Where: 100% Remote (Travel 5-10x per year to live events)
Why: Growth - ground-level opportunity to build and scale the internal finance function
Salary: $125,000-$150,000 base, commensurate with experience

  • Perform project-based accounting and financial modeling to determine event profitability
  • Reconcile event budgets on-site to prevent cost overruns
  • Transition Accounts Payable from outsourced to in-house operations

  • Support the continued build-out of the internal accounting infrastructure
  • Travel to live events approximately 5-10 times annually

  • Strong cost forecasting and budgeting experience in production-based environments
  • Experience with project accounting and event-level reconciliation
  • Comfortable in a demanding, early-stage startup environment
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
  • Willingness to work extended hours and occasional weekends as events require

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role at a company experiencing rapid growth, where your financial oversight will directly influence the success and scalability of major live productions.
