This position is primarily remote, allowing counselors to engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes or preferred workspaces. The outpatient office setting provides a collaborative environment where counselors can consult with other professionals and participate in training sessions. • Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions, ensuring to conduct assessments and maintain comprehensive treatment logs for each client.
• Manage a diverse caseload, developing tailored treatment plans to address various psychological needs.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess clients and their families, collaborating to create and implement effective intervention strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support during critical situations, adapting techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct mental health evaluations, incorporating results into comprehensive care strategies that guide subsequent treatment phases.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and revisions accurately, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate educational and supportive programs for clients and their families, customizing content to meet specific needs and bridge knowledge gaps.

The mental health counselor will work with a varied demographic, including adults and families experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and complex psychological disorders. Our commitment is to provide culturally competent and empathetic care, ensuring that every client feels supported and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is necessary to practice.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and promoting client welfare at all times.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices will be considered a valuable asset.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000, commensurate with experience and licensure. Benefits include:

• Up to $1,500 sign-on bonus.
• Flexible scheduling with the option to work from 5 to 40 hours a week.
