HomployeeHub is looking for a Director of Sales & Business Development to help increase our national reach and play a crucial role in helping HomployeeHub reach our customer acquisition goals. For this role, you must be confident in virtual client facing meetings, and in your ability to generate interest and think strategically to solve problems. We are looking for the perfect fit to not only lead our direct outreach and current client relationship building efforts, but to also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities. This position is 100% remote with bonus based incentives. 

Role Description

  • Manage a high volume of inbound prospect calls through to a closed sale 
  • Maintain and expand the company’s client database with outreach to existing clients and decision makers within targeted leads 
  • Present HomployeeHub with genuine enthusiasm, while determining the best experience fit for your customers’ needs
  • Manage creation and presentation of proposals for prospective clients 
  • Run and manage inbound and outbound email and call campaigns
  • Support company’s marketing efforts with paid media partners
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable
  • Attend client virtual events where applicable

The Ideal Candidate

  • Determined, high performing professional with 2+ years sales and/or events planning experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience with fast paced environment
  • Comfortable working with small and large businesses alike, with the confidence to sell six-figure contracts
