The Regional Marketing Manager, Americas, is responsible for developing and executing regional and accountfocused marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, pipeline growth, and commercial impact across the Americas. This role shapes regionally relevant messaging, campaigns, and customer experiences for the Americas, working in close partnership with global marketing teams and serving as a strategic marketing partner to the Americas sales organization.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Regional Marketing, and is part of the Regional Marketing team. This role offers flexibility and may be based either in a hybrid onsite environment or fully remotely within the United States.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop America's marketing strategies aligned to global brand, portfolio, and revenue priorities
  • Localize global campaigns into regionally relevant, integrated programs and messaging
  • Partner with sales to execute account-specific and segment-focused strategies for priority accounts
  • Lead regional campaign execution across digital, content, events, and sales enablement to drive impact
  • Act as a strategic bridge between global marketing and the Americas sales team, delivering insights and optimizing performance through data-driven insights.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including regional, field, downstream, or accountbased marketing, and/or experience in the life sciences sector through industry roles or direct laboratory research with demonstrated commercial application
  • Life sciences industry experience, including industry roles or laboratory research exposure
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies in a global, matrixed sales environment
  • Experience translating complex scientific products into customercentric messaging and managing multichannel campaigns with performance metrics

Travel & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 20-30%, primarily within the Americas region, with infrequent travel to the EMEA region.
  • Ability to work in a standard office or remote work environment and attend regional meetings, events, and customer engagements as required
