What does a remote event manager do?

A remote event manager’s responsibilities are to coordinate an event, such as a trade show, corporate meeting, professional conference, or a wedding. You meet with your clients to discuss their goals and needs for the event, and after assessing these needs you research venue locations, plan the daily schedule, assess size requirements and technical considerations, contract vendors, and help develop programming, such as keynote speakers or video demonstrations. Job description

Our platform provides access to actionable, quick and smart insights to amplify creative effectiveness and shape winning innovation, empowering creators with the agility and the data they need to make better decisions about the ads and innovation they take to market.

Through working with some of the biggest brands in the world, we've built technology that lets our customers see their product innovations and advertising ideas through their consumers' eyes so they can quickly iterate, optimize, validate and learn - increasing their chances of in-market success.
About the team
At Zappi, you'll be joining a passionate team of marketers who are on a mission to help our own world-class customers, some of the best-known B2C brands on the planet, to evolve their own marketing, advertising, and innovation. We have a distinctive, highly differentiated brand, known for our quirky and fun energy, and for building incredible relationships with our customers. Our customers love us, promote us, and love to get on stage with us. Probably because we love them too! This comes through in our marketing, and in the way we work every day.
About the role
We're entering a chapter where the biggest unlock isn't more top-of-funnel volume, it's converting more of the demand and named accounts we already have. We're looking for a Growth Marketer to own the account-based side of our growth motion end-to-end, and to lead the charge on converting more of the demand we generate into pipeline and revenue.

You'll bring our biggest strategic priorities down to the 1:1 account level, run our ABM program to target net new and existing growth, and partner with GTM teams to convert more MQLs into SQLs and drive existing account expansion pipeline. If you love running account-level campaigns with real depth and also nerding out on funnel optimization and conversion experiments, this is the role for you.
ABM and Named-Account Growth
  • Own our ABM program end-to-end for named accounts, including the Pulse Campaign / ABM Activation framework, coordinating contributions from demand gen, customer marketing, brand, and events
  • Manage our account-based paid budget and bring innovation to how we reach buyers via Paid channels
  • Partner with the BDR team on 1:1 deployment of engagement and conversion plays for named accounts
  • Apply intent signals at the account level, turning our internal framework into named-account triggers, plays, and HubSpot routing
  • Drive small-format engagement at industry events (Cannes Lions, Adweek, Quirks-adjacent) with account-driven dinners, salons, and exec touches partnering with events team
  • Partner with Account Managers on named-account expansion campaigns and 1:1 adoption plays
Convert More and Lead Management
  • Own MQL-to-SQL conversion improvement across our inbound demand engine in partnership with our lead management and RevOps teams
  • Lead CRO efforts web conversion flows
  • Design and run experimentation across nurture flows, forms, and conversion paths in HubSpot
Campaign Orchestration
  • Layer named-account activation on top of every priority campaign
Cross-functional
  • Partner deeply with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management on named-account plays and expansion motions
  • Report performance across ABM, Convert More, and campaign work to marketing and GTM leadership on a regular cadence
  • 5+ years experience in B2B growth marketing, ABM, or demand generation, ideally in SaaS
  • Proven ABM track record, especially with enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Strong HubSpot skills: workflows, sequences, segmentation, and lead management or demonstrate ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience with lead-to-revenue funnel optimization, MQL-to-SQL improvement, and CRO principles
  • Comfort operating cross-functionally, working closely with Sales, CS, and AMs on account-level plays
  • Data-driven approach to campaign performance and account-level measurement
  • Strong project management skills, comfortable owning end-to-end campaign execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders across GTM teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate account-level data into actionable plays

  • One company-paid mental health day of rest every quarter (these are pre-scheduled, so the entire company can take the same days off regularly to reset)
  • Generous PTO - Minimum of 20 days of paid time off per year, plus national holidays. Leave over 30 days requires manager and People team approval.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote (unless otherwise specified)
  • Thoughtfully designed offices to support both individual work and collaboration without interrupting others
  • Wellbeing benefits and access to trained therapists / counsellors
  • Company paid Life, AD&D, Short term & Long term disability
  • Immediate access to Zappi's Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Plan
  • Option to enter Zappi's 401k program after 90 days of employment, matched up to 4%
  • Tailored personal development through training allowances, coaching, mentorship and career frameworks
