As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client and their families.
• Providing individual and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to address challenges such as marital conflicts, communication difficulties, and grief.
• Facilitating discussions among family members to resolve conflicts and improve relationships, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.
• Managing a caseload that includes a range of issues, such as alcohol abuse, blended family dynamics, job-related stress, and adjustment to major life events like divorce.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment approaches that focus on the patient’s complete well-being.

You will primarily work with diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues. Your expertise will support clients dealing with:

• Alcohol Abuse
• Grief and Loss Issues
• Psychological / Physical Abuse
• Family Conflicts and Communication Breakdown
• Separation and Divorce Adjustment
• Job Stress and Medical Issues

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and passion for patient care.
