• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as the situation demands.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to further foster community and support among clients.

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health challenges. This position requires sensitivity and adaptability to different cultural perspectives, life experiences, and age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will play a vital role in supporting clients in their healing journey, addressing issues such as grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practices in mental health care.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills to build rapport with clients and families.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is advantageous.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic context is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote service delivery.
