This position is fully remote, offering counselors the flexibility to work from home while benefiting from a supportive virtual team environment. Our outpatient office setting emphasizes collaboration, allowing for regular online team meetings and consultations. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Devise and implement detailed and personalized treatment plans based on clients' feedback and evolving needs.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Educate clients on effective coping mechanisms, self-care strategies, and mindfulness practices to enhance their emotional resilience.
• Continuously monitor, document, and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized electronic health records (EHR) to comply with HIPAA regulations and support seamless client management.

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relational challenges. Counselors will tailor their approaches to meet the unique cultural and personal contexts of each client, ensuring that mental health support is both relevant and effective.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent in New Jersey.
• Proven experience in providing mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and groups in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic and non-judgmental demeanor.
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a dynamic remote team environment.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate clients’ needs, including evening and weekend availability as necessary.

• Prior experience using telehealth platforms for remote counseling services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Experience in specialized populations, such as adolescents, families, or marginalized communities.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and the anticipated caseload. In addition to a robust salary, we offer benefits that include:
