As a telehealth provider, you will leverage technology to reach and positively impact diverse populations across different communities.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each patient's unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective treatment interventions tailored to individual client goals.
• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality standards, including HIPAA regulations, while documenting clinical records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Engage in collaborative practices with an interdisciplinary treatment team, coordinating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to refine best practices and enhance quality of care.
• Provide education and support to clients and their family members, equipping them with vital knowledge regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources they can access.

Your role will focus on a diverse range of patients, including adults grappling with anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, substance abuse issues, and trauma-related challenges. Your adaptability in tailoring your approach to meet each individual’s specific needs will be crucial in helping them navigate their mental health journey effectively.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Exceptional understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a commitment to applying these methods to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring the establishment of trust-based therapeutic relationships with clients.
