• Conduct thorough and insightful assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges.
• Provide short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention techniques to patients confronting a variety of mental health issues, ensuring a compassionate and results-oriented approach.
• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that promote personal development on relevant topics, such as coping strategies, mindfulness, and resilience building.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your expertise will be directed towards addressing the varying needs of individuals, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and co-occurring disorders. • Possess an active state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.

• Annual salary ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
