This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while remaining connected to a passionate team of professionals. You will have access to our outpatient office resources, including virtual support systems that enable seamless communication and collaboration. The role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs, with the possibility of evening and weekend hours enhancing our clients' therapeutic experience.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client's mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and integrative care for clients.
• Lead group therapy and psychoeducation sessions focused on recovery tools and coping strategies.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and safety planning as necessary for at-risk clients.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation that meets ethical and legal standards, ensuring clients' confidentiality and safety.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals dealing with various mood disorders including depression, anxiety, and stress-related conditions. You will also have opportunities to support unique populations like refugees, victims of domestic abuse, and underserved communities, addressing their distinct challenges through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
• Strong familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches that cater to a variety of mental health conditions.

While two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, we highly value a strong commitment to continuous learning and growth in the field. The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
