REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates will have experience drafting patent applications, prosecuting before the USPTO, and supporting patent prosecution before foreign patent offices. An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or any equivalent thereof and USPTO admission required, as well as prior law firm experience. An advanced technical degree and/or experience with medical device technologies are each a plus. Must have strong academic credentials,
