Opportunity: Axyde Analytics proposal for USTDA 1131PL26R0058, Europe and Eurasia Digital Infrastructure Project Scoping Services
ROLE PURPOSE
Lead country, sponsor, institutional, regulatory and stakeholder analysis for digital-infrastructure assignments in Azerbaijan, Armenia, the Western Balkans, Moldova, Uzbekistan and other directed markets.
REPRESENTATIVE ASSIGNMENTS
• Validate sponsor authority, commitment, procurement capacity, regulation and implementation readiness.
• Plan and conduct permitted Government, regulator, operator, financier and industry engagement.
• Translate country conditions, language, access and law into project risks, conditions and implementation paths.
REQUIRED EVIDENCE
• 10+ years of relevant digital-infrastructure, telecom, cyber, AI/data or public-sector development work.
• Named Europe/Eurasia assignments and Government/regulator/sponsor engagement evidence.
• Strong report, feasibility, institutional or regulatory work products.
• Relevant regional languages and international travel readiness strongly preferred.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. Please answer only yes/no/category; do not upload identity documents.
• Strong written English; ability to support approximately 20-day mobilization and up to three international trips of up to ten business days when assigned.
