Position Overview

This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, as well as a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while you utilize your skills to provide high-quality mental health counseling. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique challenges and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, providing a safe space for participants to share experiences and learn coping strategies.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely support and stabilization.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and how to access community resources, enabling them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that meets legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficiency.
• Actively participate in team case consultations, meetings, and ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse population, addressing an array of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, stress-related disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Our patients vary in age and background, offering you the opportunity to adapt your approach to meet the needs of each individual. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.) is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate efficiently with team members.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, boundaries, and adhering to the highest standards of care while utilizing sound judgment in clinical decision-making.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient mental health counseling, particularly working with diverse populations.
• Proficient in delivering individual and group therapy, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Previous involvement in professional development opportunities related to mental health.
• Experience in mentoring or guiding less experienced counselors or interns is a plus.
