Location: Fully Remote – Must reside in Maryland, Colorado, or Florida
Schedule: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2+ years in ABA

Why Join House of Hearts ABA?

Because we’re more than just a therapy provider—we’re building a movement.

At House of Hearts ABA, we lead with empathy, deliver with excellence, and support our team like family. We're growing fast and intentionally, and we’re looking for dedicated, mission-aligned BCBAs who want to do meaningful work and be valued for it.

We believe that delivering high-quality care starts with taking great care of the people providing it. Here, you’ll never feel like just a number—we’ve got your back.

What We Offer:

$90–$105 per hour (based on experience and caseload)
Completely remote work model – flexibility without sacrificing impact
PTO and scheduled holidays
Flexible scheduling built around your life
Strong clinical & admin support (you’re never alone)
Bonus opportunities tied to performance & impact
Leadership opportunities as we expand
Future benefits as our team continues to grow

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Case Management & Oversight: Deliver quality care and guide RBTs with strong clinical insight and communication.

  • Remote Supervision: Support families and RBTs virtually while ensuring fidelity and compassionate implementation.

  • Assessments & Planning: Develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans—not cookie-cutter care.

  • Ethics & Excellence: Stay aligned with BACB guidelines, payer policies, and compliance standards.

  • Growth Support: Play a role in expanding our reach and improving systems as we grow into new regions.

✅ Are a BCBA with current licensure/certification in MD, CO, or FL
✅ Have 2+ years of ABA experience (home/school-based a plus!)
✅ Thrive in a supportive, collaborative, mission-driven culture
✅ Love creating real impact for families—and feeling valued for it
✅ Believe in excellence, empathy, and accountability
✅ Are looking for more than just a job—you’re looking for a place to belong and grow

Let’s Build Something Great Together

If you’re tired of burnout, red tape, or feeling like you’re on an island—come join us. We’re redefining what an ABA company can be, and we want you to be part of it.

Apply today. The best team you’ve ever worked with is waiting.
