Work Environment

This full-time position is wholly remote, providing flexible work options that cater to your lifestyle while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, during which you will engage with clients through telehealth solutions or online platforms as appropriate. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of new clients to identify the specific challenges they face, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs, values, and treatment goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions tailored to clients' unique circumstances, ensuring a supportive therapeutic alliance.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in urgent need, qualifying appropriate resources and follow-up care.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions or workshops when needed, addressing common themes such as conflict resolution and coping strategies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, case managers, and other mental health professionals to integrate holistic approaches for client treatment.
  • Actively engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to expand your knowledge in specialized areas such as adolescent therapy or trauma-informed care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communication in accordance with ethical guidelines and clinical protocols.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
