ERP International, LLC (www.erpinternational.com) is currently seeking a Full Time Identity & Access Management (IAM/ICAM) Lead to support enterprise identity governance, access management, and cybersecurity modernization initiatives within large federal organizations. Pay Range: $175,000 – $225,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skill level, and location. The final salary offer will fall within this range and will be commensurate with the candidate’s background and the specific demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Identity Governance & Strategy

  • Support development and implementation of enterprise IAM/ICAM strategies and roadmaps.
  • Assist organizations in modernizing identity governance and access management capabilities.
  • Develop recommendations for improving identity lifecycle management processes.
  • Support enterprise identity governance committees, working groups, and stakeholder forums.
  • Evaluate emerging identity technologies and industry best practices.

Identity Lifecycle Management

  • Support processes for user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role management.
  • Assist with implementation of joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.
  • Support role-based and attribute-based access control initiatives.
  • Review identity governance processes and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Coordinate identity-related compliance and reporting activities.

Access Management & Security

  • Support implementation and management of authentication and access control solutions.
  • Assist with privileged access management (PAM) initiatives.
  • Evaluate access control effectiveness and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Support identity-related risk assessments and remediation planning.
  • Participate in identity security reviews and architecture discussions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Program Support

  • Coordinate with cybersecurity teams, system owners, application teams, and business leaders.
  • Develop executive briefings, status reports, and program documentation.
  • Support organizational adoption of new identity and access management processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Track and report progress against modernization objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of cybersecurity, identity management, or access management experience.
  • 3+ years supporting IAM, ICAM, identity governance, or access management programs.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Experience with:
    • Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
    • Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
    • Authentication and Authorization Services
    • Identity Lifecycle Management
    • Access Certification Processes
    • Privileged Access Management Concepts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal identity and access management programs.
  • Experience with enterprise identity modernization initiatives.
  • Experience supporting Zero Trust security strategies.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based identity ecosystems.
  • Experience developing IAM governance frameworks and roadmaps.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
