\n The Wall Design Technician is responsible for the design and coordination of residential structural systems, including engineered wood products (EWP) and wall panels. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate, efficient, and value\-driven design solutions that meet client specifications, building codes, and manufacturing requirements. Working closely with project managers, estimators, production teams, and customers, the Design Technician ensures designs are optimized for constructability, cost\-efficiency, and performance. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment. The salary for this position will range from $75,000\-$85,000

    • Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., MiTek, AutoCAD, or similar platforms).

    • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
