**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Under the direction of the Epic Manager, or designee, carry out various duties in support of clinical systems and end users including but not limited to: performing analysis of workflow; assessment of system needs and requirements; planning, designing, and testing of systems and interfaces; coordinating work efforts with applicable MIS and organizational personnel; training end-users as required; documenting and troubleshooting work involved in systems implementation and maintenance; and acting as liaison to physicians and clinical area end users. On-call rotation required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing or ancillary clinical discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
  • Experience supporting Epic and/or other healthcare information systems required.
  • Technical/programming experience preferred, but not required.
  • PC-based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency required.
  • Five (5) years MIS and/or clinical experience, including three (3) years in similar and related position required. Must obtain Epic certification.
  • CPHMIS or ANA Nursing Informatics Certification preferred.
  • Must obtain Epic certification.
  • This position is primarily focused on Epic's Healthy Planet module. 
  • Possessing a Healthy Planet certification or other relevant certifications is preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. 

  • Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
