• Conduct thorough clinical assessments by applying evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans that cater to individual client needs.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to effectively address the diverse mental health challenges faced by clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, while employing electronic health record systems to facilitate seamless patient care.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, participating in regular case consultations to enhance care strategies.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that can aid in recovery.
• Keep abreast of the latest research, evidence-based practices, and advancements in mental health to continuously improve therapeutic interventions.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and our counselors are dedicated to providing compassionate care while adapting treatment strategies to meet the unique cultural and individual needs of each patient.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Individuals must hold an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively engage with clients of various backgrounds, are essential for success in this role.
• Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to tailor interventions to the specific needs of clients.

• Experience in solution-based psychotherapy interventions is preferred, enabling counselors to customize approaches that provide personalized and effective care.
• Previous experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team will be advantageous, as it enhances the quality of care provided to clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms is beneficial, streamlining service delivery in a remote environment.

• The salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
