Our outpatient office structure enables therapists to engage with clients efficiently, using effective digital tools to enhance service delivery and client interaction.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client needs to create individualized therapy plans that align with clinical best practices.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, or Solution-Focused Therapy, depending on client preferences and situational needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans while ensuring confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, engaging in case consultations and sharing insights to enhance therapeutic strategies and improve client outcomes.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending relevant workshops, obtaining further certifications, and keeping abreast of developments in the field of marriage and family therapy.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and familial issues. • A Master's or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
