Schedule: Part Time
Shift: 800 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday- Friday
Position Summary:
Environmental Service
Experience


2 years cleaning preferred
Under the general supervision of Hyp-Tro Building Service/ Custodian must performs a variety of general cleaning tasks.Ability to follow basic oral and written instructions in English Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.


  • Clean entrance glass doors and frames (interior and exterior unless otherwise stated
  • Sweep and mop all hard surface floors Vacuum all carpeted areas and floor mats
  • Spot clean doors, walls, and painted surfaces
  • Wipe down desks, workstations, boardroom tables, and filing cabinets
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen countertops, sinks, and microwave
  • Empty and replace liners in all trash, recycling, and paper bins/shredders
  • Spot clean light switches, handles, and high-touch surfaces
  • Use green cleaning products only at all location.


RESTROOM CLEANING โ€“ DAILY (Where applicable)

  • Sanitize sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and chrome fixtures
  • Mop and disinfect floors and ceramic tiles
  • Clean partitions, entrance doors, and walls as needed
  • Refill all paper goods, handsoap, and sanitizer dispensers
  • Dust vents, ledges, and restroom light fixtures.

1.Arrive and depart work on time.
2.Report to work on scheduled days with no excessive absenteeism.
3.Leave for meal break and return on time.
4.Report to work in uniform.
5.Uniform is clean and free of debris or odor.
6.Entire uniform is worn daily.
