• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, informing tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual and group therapy settings, fostering personal development and mental health recovery.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, regularly reviewing and tracking their progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy sessions that cater to clients with mobility issues or those who prefer remote sessions for convenience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes and treatment documentation in compliance with ethical standards and clinic policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and mental health trends.

As a therapist, you will work closely with clients of varying ages and backgrounds, particularly focusing on individuals, partners, and families. • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience working in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to couples, children, teens, and families, with a commitment to serving clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with specialized therapeutic modalities and tools to address social and emotional health.
