The Teen Therapy Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for individual clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Document client progress meticulously while adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate and timely entry of clinical records into our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, integrating various specialties to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health practices.

You will primarily work with adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping them navigate the complexities of adolescence, fostering their resilience and emotional growth while also working closely with their families to ensure comprehensive support.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the field of mental health.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Specialization in family therapy or couple's therapy, and experience dealing with substance misuse or trauma-related cases.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and proficiency in using telehealth platforms for client sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
