What You Will Do
Web Platform Development
  • Develop and maintain components of Digi's corporate website and digital platforms using modern web technologies.
  • Build backend services and APIs that support web functionality, integrations, and data collection.
  • Extend CMS and web platform capabilities through custom development and system integrations.
  • Maintain clean, well-documented, and scalable code.

System Integrations and Automation
  • Build and maintain integrations between the website and enterprise platforms including CRM systems, analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and AI services.
  • Develop automation workflows that reduce manual processes and improve digital platform reliability.
  • Implement data collection and instrumentation that supports analytics and reporting.

AI-Assisted Development Environment
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Help manage and improve the AI tool environment used by the digital team.
  • Develop structured prompts, workflows, and documentation to ensure AI tools are used in a repeatable and controlled development process.
  • Evaluate and test new AI tools that improve development efficiency.

Platform Performance and Reliability
  • Monitor website performance and system integrations.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to platform scalability and performance.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $63,000 - $99,000. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate's relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position. Pay ranges are typically reviewed and updated annually.
