• Facilitate crisis interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies.
• Document clinical progress meticulously, maintaining accurate electronic health records (EHRs) that adhere to confidentiality protocols and professional standards.
• Collaborate with team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Provide educational resources and advocacy support, empowering clients and family members with knowledge about mental health issues, treatment methods, and community resources.
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to remain abreast of advancements in mental health practices, ensuring continual improvement in service delivery.

This role serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and life transitions. You will work with various demographics, adapting your approach to meet the unique cultural, emotional, and cognitive needs of each client. The ability to build trust and rapport through virtual platforms is crucial to facilitating meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• Must hold a valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required, while a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while valuing teamwork principles.
• Adherence to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice, ensuring client confidentiality and respect.

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for outstanding entry-level candidates.
