You will operate within a community health clinic framework, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and formulate tailored treatment strategies.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing diverse evidence-based therapeutic modalities that cater to the unique goals of each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• Provide crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and stabilization.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare practitioners to create holistic care models that address the myriad issues affecting our clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, available treatment options, and community resources; advocate for their rights and ensure their needs are met.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, staying abreast of the latest developments in mental health therapy.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population that includes individuals of varying ages and backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma recovery. By employing a client-centered approach, you will empower clients to overcome obstacles while supporting their journey toward mental wellness.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Arizona.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities with a minimum of two years of related experience.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.
• Dedication to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in therapeutic practices.

• Experience working in a clinical or community health setting is preferred; however, entry-level candidates may be considered with the requisite education and licensure.

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance options.
