In this full-time remote position, you will leverage your expertise in therapy to provide critical psychotherapeutic interventions and support to individuals, couples, families, and groups across Everett, Washington, and beyond.

This position is fully remote, delivering services through telehealth, which allows for flexibility and accessibility for both our clients and our therapists. • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to understand clients' needs, enabling you to formulate tailored clinical diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care practices.
• Facilitate crisis intervention services, ensuring timely support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and cohesive treatment options for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment avenues, and available resources within the community, serving as an advocate for their needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in the mental health field.

The diverse demographic of our clientele includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and a variety of behavioral health challenges. Your ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds and tailor your therapeutic approach to fit their unique experiences will be instrumental in fostering successful outcomes.

• Must hold a valid and active license as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• A minimum of two years of direct mental health experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to maintaining highest ethical and professional standards throughout your practice.

• Previous work within a clinical or therapeutic setting is highly preferred but may not be required for entry-level candidates.
• Experience with telehealth services and digital client management systems is an advantage.

We are proud to offer our mental health counselors a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
