Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, effectively diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals.
  • Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, tailored to meet the specific needs and outcomes desired by each client.
  • Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, employing your skills to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support as necessary.

Qualifications
