As a part of our telehealth delivery model, you will utilize various digital tools and platforms to conduct therapy sessions, maintain comprehensive records, and communicate with clients and team members. • Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and formulate tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, adapting therapeutic modalities to align with clients’ unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health crises, skillfully managing these challenging situations with empathy and expertise.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records, including treatment documentation, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that clients receive consistent and complementary support.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and local resources available to support recovery and enhance well-being.
• Engage in continued professional development through training and workshops to remain current with the latest in mental health therapy.

• Possession of current licensure as a mental health therapist in a relevant field: LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable but not a prerequisite for determined entry-level candidates.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
