• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health issues, identifying symptoms and creating accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy, adapting your approach based on client feedback and progress, ensuring that treatment remains effective and relevant.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating a calm and effective response.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in line with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for clients’ rights and accessible care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training and workshops to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clientele includes adults, adolescents, couples, and families seeking support in enhancing their mental well-being and resolving conflicts. You will play an integral role in helping clients build coping strategies, develop healthier thought patterns, and achieve personal growth.

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to create effective treatment plans.
• A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience is required.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards in client care.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is beneficial, although not required for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology is a plus, enabling seamless virtual interactions with clients.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques consistent with contemporary practices in mental health counseling.
