Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health issues, identifying symptoms and creating accurate clinical diagnoses.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy, adapting your approach based on client feedback and progress, ensuring that treatment remains effective and relevant.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating a calm and effective response.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in line with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for clientsโ€™ rights and accessible care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training and workshops to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clientele includes adults, adolescents, couples, and families seeking support in enhancing their mental well-being and resolving conflicts. Qualifications
  • Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
