You will also develop predictive models and optimization solutions using modern AI and machine learning techniques.
The position combines analytical problem-solving with hands-on work in Python, SQL, visualization, cloud platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
It is well suited to a curious, detail-oriented professional who wants to grow their technical and supply chain expertise in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities
  • Analyze large and complex supply chain datasets to identify trends, operational risks, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvement areas.
  • Develop predictive models and optimization algorithms using AI and machine learning techniques to support supply chain decision-making.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate analytics, models, and data-driven capabilities into supply chain platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and build dashboards using data visualization tools to provide clear, real-time visibility into operational performance.
  • Support strategic initiatives involving inventory optimization, demand planning, logistics efficiency, procurement, supplier performance, and waste reduction.
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, R&D, engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
  • Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to broader transformation and cost-improvement initiatives by applying data, automation, and analytical techniques to supply chain processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, academic project experience, or comparable hands-on exposure to supply chain analytics or data analysis.
  • Strong technical capabilities in Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience or familiarity with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and work independently when required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong focus on results, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Curious and detail-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in applying technology and analytics to operational challenges.
Benefits
  • Salary: $24,000.
  • Employment: Full-time position.
  • Work Flexibility: Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Professional Growth: Opportunity for an early-career professional to strengthen expertise across supply chain analytics, data science, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, R&D, engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Technology Exposure: Hands-on opportunities involving Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, AI/ML frameworks, and major cloud platforms.
