• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health situations, ensuring immediate support and effective management of these emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of best practices and emerging research in mental health therapy.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral disorders. Your approach will focus on building trusting relationships that allow clients to feel safe and supported while they navigate their mental health journeys.

• Must possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for effective therapy delivery.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required to ensure you can meet our clients' needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are imperative for fostering effective therapist-client relationships.

• Previous experience in remote therapy delivery is preferred, although not required for entry-level candidates.
