Your responsibilitiesAssist Project Managers with a variety of administrative tasks that may include preparing job binders, setting up jobs in project management system, permits, manuals, tender forms & any other duties to help paper flow and job organizationOrganize and track shop drawings, distributing as neededData entry and updating systems with information from Project ManagersUpdate project drawings, purchase orders and job schedule with change ordersPrice, extend and confirm hours submitted as required for extra work ordersMake sure the project site has all the latest specs, drawings, shop drawings, change orders, schedulesTrack shipments for orders, track back orders, and follow-up with suppliers for delivery of materialsAttend site meetings and site walks to record and produce minutesPrint and circulate a variety of reports associated with the project Your experience and skillsHigh School Diploma2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration or office related position within the construction or related fieldHigh proficiency in MS Office.
