Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to create your own schedule while managing up to 25 client sessions per week. We utilize state-of-the-art teletherapy tools to connect with clients, ensuring that you have all the resources necessary at your fingertips. Additionally, administrative tasks such as billing, credentialing, and reception services are managed by our dedicated team, allowing you to focus solely on your clients and their therapeutic journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, maintaining therapeutic integrity and client safety.
  • Maintain consistent communication and scheduling of client sessions while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with fellow counselors for case consultations, supervision, and referrals, fostering a supportive team dynamic.
  • Create a therapeutic alliance with clients, employing various therapeutic techniques, including EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
  • Regularly update and document client progress notes, treatment modalities, and session outcomes to ensure comprehensive care.
