Job description

WorkSource is hiring for a Remote Entry-Level Dispatch position. This role involves supporting drivers, handling high‐volume inbound calls, and managing dispatch tasks across multiple computer systems. Successful candidates are dependable, able to multitask, and have the required home office equipment.

Pay: $13.00

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound calls (approximately 90% of the workday)
  • Assist drivers and clients with dispatch-related needs
  • Accurately enter and update information
  • Navigate and use multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times

Qualifications

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must have required home office equipment (see below)

  • Intel Core i5 processor or better
  • 12 GB RAM or higher (12–16 GB preferred)
