Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Support Specialist - Forex based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality customer support within a fast-growing international Forex and financial services environment.
You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate account setup, onboarding, trading platforms and day-to-day queries.
The position combines strong customer service with practical knowledge of FX/CFD trading and platforms such as MT4 and MT5.
You will support clients across multiple communication channels while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Working with international teams, you will contribute to smooth onboarding, customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
The role also provides exposure to KYC processes, CRM systems, technical troubleshooting and compliance-related workflows.
It is well suited to a multilingual, service-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems and working in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Accountabilities
  • Provide multilingual customer support through email, live chat and phone, responding promptly and professionally to client enquiries.
  • Assist clients throughout onboarding, including account setup, KYC verification, documentation and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Support customers with MT4 and MT5 trading platform questions, technical issues and general troubleshooting.
  • Manage and resolve customer requests through ticketing and helpdesk systems, ensuring issues are tracked through to completion.
  • Escalate complex technical, operational or compliance-related matters to the appropriate internal teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, requests and follow-ups within CRM systems.
  • Provide clear guidance to clients on platform functionality, account processes and relevant support procedures.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer care, contributing to customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring customer issues and help improve support processes and service quality.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support within FX/CFD trading, financial services, Fintech or a closely related environment.
  • Fluency in English plus at least one additional language, with Arabic or Malaysian/Indonesian particularly desirable.
  • Strong practical knowledge of MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
  • Experience supporting KYC verification, customer onboarding and account maintenance processes.
  • Familiarity with ticketing, helpdesk and customer support systems.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to record customer interactions and manage follow-ups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or financial concepts clearly to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, combined with a calm and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a consistently high level of service.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and workflows is an advantage.
  • Exposure to affiliate or Introducing Broker support functions is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in Fintech or crypto customer service is a plus.
  • Additional languages such as Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Indonesian/Malaysian or Indian regional languages are advantageous.
